Bryan has been tirelessly serving the public for over 15 years as a Law Enforcement Officer. He is currently a Detective and Supervisor of the Narcotics Criminal Interdiction Unit and the K9 Unit for Harris County Constable's Precinct 3. Bryan received numerous awards and recognitions for his time as a police officer. Prior to being a cop, he served the public as a volunteer firefighter and also as a paramedic. He is well qualified to be Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable.
Bryan's family set roots in East Montgomery County decades ago, having been active in the community from the onset. Bryan came from a family of public servants. His dad is a retired Navy veteran and his mom works in the medical field to care for the sick. He is passionate about his community and keeping it safe. His life long commitment is to provide excellent service to everyone he interacts with. If elected as Constable of Precinct 4, he pledges to serve the community with honor and integrity.
YOU deserve a responsible and ethical Constable with a clear vision! Bryan plans on implementing the HIGHEST level of honesty, integrity, and accountability. His number one priority is to protect and serve the citizens. The current civil process is slow and inadequate. He will improve the civil process division by providing better equipment and training to the deputies. He plans on forming community-oriented policing measures to deter criminal activities.
Bryan believes Ethics in government is one of the most critical and fundamental principles that we must hold our elected officials accountable for, especially police officers. He will restore public confidence in the Constable's office by promoting honesty and integrity in the department and expecting ethical behavior from everyone in the office.
Being responsible with making decisions and policies that would provide for transparency and accountability in the Constable's office is what Bryan plans on doing for Precinct 4. He believes in being honest with the constituents and establishing open-door policies for all.
Having been a dedicated public servant for all of his adult life as well as a successful business owner, Bryan understands LEADERSHIP is not a part-time job. By electing Bryan as your next Constable of Precinct 4, you will have a true and strong LEADER who will dedicate his time and effort to serve our community 24/7/365.
As Constable, Bryan’s number one priority is to protect and serve the citizens. One of the Constable's office main responsibilities is to serve civil process. Bryan plans on improving the current slow and inadequate civil process division with better equipment and training for the deputies. He plans to administer community-oriented policing measures to deter criminal activity through citizen involvement and establish integration between residents and police; find innovative ways to perform duties and serve the public; reach out to the business community for assistance and input; utilize technology to better serve community needs; create youth development programs; establish Silver Watch program to watch over our beloved seniors; work with the Commissioners to build a new Animal Shelter for East Montgomery County, build partnerships with businesses, schools, as well as other communities to enhance quality of life and address specific issues facing the folks in Precinct 4.
